Project Terms
A complimentary introductory consultation is available to determine project fit and general scope.
Projects require a written proposal identifying services, deliverables, included revisions, project timeline, and total fee.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due before final plans, photo-realistic renderings, or animated walkthrough videos are delivered.
Prices shown are starting rates. Final pricing depends on project size, complexity, available site information, level of detail, requested deliverables, revision requirements, and intended commercial use.
Falkenburg Gardens provides professional landscape design, habitat planning, and visualization services. Engineering, surveying, architecture, permitting, and construction services are not provided. Projects requiring these services should be completed in coordination with appropriately licensed professionals.
